
ERP MDM Manager (Master Data Management)

- Develop, implement, and maintain the MDM strategy and governance framework specifically for the ERP system.
- Define master data policies, standards, and procedures for data creation, maintenance, and retirement.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on data quality and the effectiveness of MDM initiatives.
- Lead the management and configuration of master data modules within , such as item master, customer master, and supplier master.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for master data processes within the ERP Platform, providing guidance to business users and IT teams.
- Oversee and manage data migration, cleansing, and enrichment projects related to ERP implementations and upgrades.
- Implement data quality rules and controls to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data in ERP.
- Lead data quality initiatives, including data profiling, root cause analysis of data issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Establish data stewardship programs and provide training and support to data stewards across various business functions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders in areas like finance, supply chain, and manufacturing to understand data requirements and ensure MDM solutions align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the IT department and third-party vendors to design and implement data management tools and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of data excellence and communicating the value of MDM throughout the organization.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in master data management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience working with the ERP system, including expertise in its master data functionality.
- Full lifecycle implementation experience on at least two ERP projects
- Proven track record working with supply chain, and manufacturing to understand data requirements and ensure MDM solutions align with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
- Proficiency with data management, data modeling, and data integration concepts and tools.
- Experience with reporting tools like Business Intelligence (BI), ERP Report Manager, and Microsoft Power BI is beneficial.
- Must have EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders as well as -Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
