- Preparation of briefings, technical review/status reports, maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Attending technical meetings
- Developing, tracking and reporting weekly/monthly financial metrics, collecting and tracking procurement requests (to include hardware/software and bankcard requisitions), software maintenance renewals, Navy Marine Corps Intranet costs, and travel expenditures
- Preparing, updating, and maintaining procedural documentation
- Organizing and supporting Change Control boards and processes. Promulgate agendas, schedules and meeting minutes
- Proficiency in advanced features of Office 365 programs, such as complex Excel functions, PowerPoint presentations, and Word document formatting
- Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
- Proficiency in data visualization tools to create compelling reports and presentations
- Strong technical writing skills to produce clear and concise reports and procedural documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and information dissemination
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology to better liaise with technical teams
- Familiarity with software development processes, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity basics
- Experience with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, or Zoom for effective team communication
- Knowledge of Smartsheet or similar project management tools for tracking and managing tasks
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an Active Secret Security Clearance
- Possess a high school diploma
- Three (3) years of experience in the DoD acquisition process
- Ability to extract pertinent information from multiple sources and present in clear and concise manner for evaluation and decision
- Ability to coordinate and monitor multiple actions, documentation, schedules, tasks, and meetings
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of Industry and Government to gather program data
- Must have a high level of attention to detail with the ability to handle a heavy workload of paperwork: tracking software licenses and acquisitions on the government side through finance systems
- Three (3) years of experience in use of financial IT systems, working knowledge of business operations and administrative procedures, and preparing, updating, and maintaining procedural documentation
- Expertise with Microsoft tools PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams
- Strong customer service skills to handle user requests and queries effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Attention to detail in documenting project milestones and actions
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest trends in business support and IT
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues in project coordination and report preparation
