Responsibilities: Our team is seeking to hire a Production Field Manager to join our team and supervise and coordinate on-site exterior, interior, and renovation projects. Our team is expanding and growing daily, and we are looking to add additional experienced Field Supervisors to our team! The qualified candidate for this role will oversee the construction of projects through the supervision of labor, materials, suppliers, and subcontractors and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process. All to create a Raving Fan. This role will be the beginning of building, hiring, training, and leading a team of Field Supervisors, as the business grows. • Working directly with, Production manager, Internal Team, Home Advisors-Sales, Home Owners, property managers, all stakeholders of a project on the job site, and all suppliers • Effective communication in person, email, text, and CRM • Estimating Projects, reviewing insurance claims accuracy • Field measurements for siding, windows, and roofing jobs as needed. • Oversee Daily job site cleanups. • Material delivery and returns • Oversee Pulling necessary permits. • Closing out permits-completion photos and overseeing a punch list of items to ensure execution and completion of the project, • manage and perform Punch list repairs and warranty work • Oversee on-site subcontractors, and be the liaison from field to office, and with customer • Effective Communicate with clients as needed when on-site • Quality Control Inspections, ensuring the job site is at our 5 Star standard of creating a raving fan • Must be comfortable climbing roofs of all pitches daily to complete inspections • Other duties as assigned by the team Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to lift 100 lbs • Must pass a background check • Reliable transportation to and from the office • Punctual • STRONG Attention to detail • Strong communication skills • Desire to learn and ability to listen to superior Education Requirements • Construction 1 year • High School diploma Experience Requirements • Meticulous in organization, and able to build standard operating procedures – SOP for all to follow • Training the Home Advisors in the anatomy of interior and exterior buildings of projects. • Plan Schedule, responsible for coordination with the Production Manager and the customer • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify, and address, and be discerning in solving problems. • Excellent computer skills • Interior and exterior Projects like roofs, siding, windows, and more. • Xactimate knowledge is a plus. • Loading and unloading material • Understand the initiative and platform of building Raving Fans and doing the right thing. • Effective communication in person, email, text, and CRM • Good driving record • Comfortable pulling and backing dump trailers up Desired Skills • Bilingual (Spanish/English) Plus • Product knowledge of Roofing material, windows, siding, • Best practices in installing exterior solutions of roofing material, siding material from Vinyl to Cement Board, Windows • Knowledge of interior work and ability to perform or manage subs to ensure work is done to our 5-Star Standard • Writing SOW- Scope of Works • Familiar with permits and codes for approval to ensure the jobs are completed and approved by the city, we have done everything to ensure the experience has been effortless for the customer About Company: Apex Exterior | Construction | Home Services is a service company headquartered in Savage, Minnesota, encompassing all of your construction, exterior, home services, and landscape needs with over 25 years of industry experience.
