We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the execution of premium, accurate, and on-time product image creation from line plan through to retail and ecommerce. This role involves collaboration across various departments to ensure the timely production of photos and videos.Required Skills & Qualifications
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
2+ years’ experience minimum in production coordination role (sample coordination, merchandising, pre-production, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Art, or related field
Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group of people
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Skilled in data analytics with the ability to drive clarity in information
Experience in developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Flexible and able to work as needed, including the occasional weekend
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Assist in the product image creation process; from line plan management to delivery and post-season recapping
You will be collaborating cross-departmentally with Planning/Ordering, Product Logistics, Styling, Creative, Production, Photography, and Post Production teams to support the timely photo and video production through completion. Qualified candidates will be highly detail-oriented, exceptionally well organized, collaborative, have a positive attitude, take initiative, be a problem-solver and have excellent communication skills
Collaborate with Inbound/Outbound, Production, and Post Production teams
Track product throughout all stages of the photo production process
Lead digital workflows to support studio teams
Monitor progress and solve bottlenecks to ensure merchandise flow
Extract, compile, audit, and deliver data for reporting purposes
Partner with production partners to ensure timely delivery of work
Proactively identify and solve issues throughout the production process
