Description :The Hestan Napa store is more than retail—it’s the first-of-its-kind Hestan brand destination where guests can immerse themselves in the full Hestan lifestyle: from award-winning cookware and luxury residential appliances to curated wines and unforgettable culinary experiences.As General Manager, you’ll lead the launch and ongoing operations of this flagship store in the heart of wine country. This role blends high-end retail, hospitality, event strategy, and business leadership. You'll be the face of the brand on the ground—driving traffic, overseeing sales, managing the P&L, and creating exceptional guest experiences that bring the Hestan story to life.Key ResponsibilitiesLaunch & Lead
  • Drive the successful opening of Hestan’s first brand-owned retail and culinary destination
  • Own the full retail operation—strategy, staffing, execution, and profitability
  • Develop a business plan that drives revenue, elevates the brand, and resonates with the local Napa audience
  • Partner with the Restaurant Chef and Team, and Wine Team to provide a cohesive seamless guest experience across dine-in guests, wine tastings, shopping, and events.
  • Collaborate with other Hestan business units, marketing, merchandising, and sales teams to shape campaigns and store-level initiatives
Sales & Experience
  • Champion a guest-first culture through premium service and product expertise
  • Lead cookware sales while building cross-category awareness of Hestan wine, appliances, and commercial craftsmanship
  • Plan and execute in-store events, demos, and VIP activations in partnership with Hestan chefs and partners
  • Leverage digital tools and omnichannel strategies to engage customers beyond the storefront
Team & Culture
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing retail team that reflects Hestan’s values of innovation, hospitality, and excellence
  • Foster a positive, motivated culture that supports growth, development, and accountability
  • Set performance goals and inspire the team to meet and exceed them
Business Management
  • Manage store budget, P&L, and sales forecasting
  • Analyze financial and performance data to optimize operations
  • Ensure operational excellence—from inventory to visual standards to guest experience
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
  • Senior management experience in luxury retail, hospitality, cookware, or wine
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people and delivering results
  • Proven success in sales, operations, and financial management
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, multi-faceted environment that blends retail with culinary and experiential programming
  • Strong understanding of the Napa consumer and hospitality landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems (Toast, Shopify, and others), Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and retail operations tools
  • Position requires you to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Passion for cooking, entertaining, and design
  • Familiarity with premium or chef-driven brands
