Liberty Healthcare Corporation is now accepting applications for a Program Supervisor position.This position supervises clinicians; ensures quality care is delivered to inmates in San Bernardino County jails; functions as a member of the management team; fosters program development and the creation and implementation of treatment-related policies and procedures; and provides direct service to inmates.
  • Specific duties and responsibilities include:
  • Providing support, direction, clinical and administrative supervision to clinical staff
  • Delivering cognitive-behavioral treatment and psychoeducation to individuals and groups
  • Documenting services on a timely basis
  • Ensuring staff is familiar with clinical and operating policies and procedures
  • Ensuring team members are meeting programmatic duties and responsibilities
  • Working collaboratively with administrative and custody staff
  • Actively participating in and contributing to case conferences and staff and management meetings
  • Providing back-up administrative functions for other clinical staff
  • Contributing to enhancement of the clinical program and policies and procedures
  • Promoting a positive and healthy workplace culture
  • Participating in quality assurance activities
As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in the Program Supervisor role, you can expect:
  • Starting salary between $102,000 and $112,000 (depending on qualifications)

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
  • Professional licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • At least two years of experience providing behavioral health services to people who are justice involved
  • Previous supervisory experience or clearly demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
  • Superb clinical observation and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with the diagnostic nomenclature outlined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual
  • Ability to maintain appropriate personal boundaries with clients
  • Ability to form and maintain good working relationships with people of different backgrounds
