- Specific duties and responsibilities include:
- Providing support, direction, clinical and administrative supervision to clinical staff
- Delivering cognitive-behavioral treatment and psychoeducation to individuals and groups
- Documenting services on a timely basis
- Ensuring staff is familiar with clinical and operating policies and procedures
- Ensuring team members are meeting programmatic duties and responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with administrative and custody staff
- Actively participating in and contributing to case conferences and staff and management meetings
- Providing back-up administrative functions for other clinical staff
- Contributing to enhancement of the clinical program and policies and procedures
- Promoting a positive and healthy workplace culture
- Participating in quality assurance activities
- Starting salary between $102,000 and $112,000 (depending on qualifications)

- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
- Professional licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- At least two years of experience providing behavioral health services to people who are justice involved
- Previous supervisory experience or clearly demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- Superb clinical observation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the diagnostic nomenclature outlined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual
- Ability to maintain appropriate personal boundaries with clients
- Ability to form and maintain good working relationships with people of different backgrounds
