You will report to the External Development DirectorResponsibilities:Your role:Collaborate with External Development Team to provide feedback to Service Providers.Partner with other disciplines to understand tasks and scope of work for Service Providers.Follow the established processes for giving feedback and reporting on reoccurring issues to ensure that we provide feedback with quick turn around back to the vendor.Can identify reoccurring issues in content submissions, and provide supplementary documentation for successful partnerships.REQUIRED SKILLS:· Experienced in human anatomy, character design, and modelling techniques using Maya, Zbrush, and Substance Painter.· Portfolio demonstrates great character design and modelling skills.· Understands the challenges of working with an external team, and how to resolve themQualifications:Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in full cycle development3+ years game development experience as a character artistFirm understanding of up-to-date character art workflows.Ceci ne s'applique pas au Québec.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. º $111,800 - $151,800 USD Annually
  • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $92,600 - $135,600 USD Annually
  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $89,300 - $123,000 CAN AnnuallyBase salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
