- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic vision for HR People Services, aligning with the overall HR and business strategy. Lead and coach a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Service Delivery & Process Improvement: Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services, including payroll, benefits administration, employee data management, and HR systems. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in HR operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR business partners, senior leadership, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that support business objectives.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating risks associated with HR operations.
- HR Systems, Reporting and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
- Proven success leading large-scale organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Strong track record of driving measurable business outcomes through strategic leadership.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Known as a trusted advisor and coach to Senior leaders and inspiring Leader to HR professionals and functional colleagues by providing strong vision, focus, direction, coaching and performance feedback.
- Deep understanding of global labor markets, employment laws, and cultural dynamics across multiple regions.
