As the Director of Premium, you will oversee all premium operations, ensuring impeccable service standards and executing dynamic strategies to enhance VIP guest satisfaction. You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead a dedicated team, and deliver seamless premium dining and hospitality experiences.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field5+ years in premium services or high-end hospitality leadershipProficiency in financial planning and budget managementExperience managing high-performing teamsAdvanced knowledge of food and beverage operationsKey Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of premium service operationsCollaborate with culinary, sales, and service teams to ensure top-tier guest experiencesManage premium event setup, execution, and breakdownDevelop strategies to exceed revenue and satisfaction goalsLead recruitment, training, and development of premium staffMonitor guest feedback and implement service improvementsEnsure compliance with Levy standards and safety regulationsWe will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with a criminal history (including relevant driving history), in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, and the New York Fair Chance Act.
