Not limited to the following
- Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the branch team
- Develop, implement and monitor detailed operations strategies and objectives
- Monitor and manage inventory control
- Ensure the provision of excellent customer service
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention levels
- Implement and execute the Company’s marketing strategy as supported through head office marketing department
- Build and retain an effective team
- Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve goals
- Model and champion Eckart LLC values and mission
- Attain budgeted revenue expectations
- Set expectations for each of Eckart LLC staff including customer expectations and quota achievement
- Measure the activities of staff
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a courteous, professional manner.
- Determine staffing requirements and oversee the hiring of staff with support of the HR department
- Maintain current general knowledge of Employee Benefits
- Create a safe environment for the discussion and resolution of issues and concerns
- Work in concert with other branches to assure congruence with Company operations.
- Complete various sales and operations reports
- Conduct regular branch team performance evaluations
- Ensure that all personnel comply with Company policies, procedures and ethical standards
- Ensure compliance with Eckart LLC standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery

- Minimum a high school diploma or equivalent
- Post Secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of management experience. Experience leading a small team (2 to 3 individuals) required
- Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service
- Ability to lead and effectively supervise professional and non-professional staff
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written
- Industry experience will be considered an asset
