This full-time, on-site role offers dedicated office space and a supportive school environment. .This opportunity is open to both seasoned clinicians and new graduates. CCC-SLP and CFY candidates are encouraged to apply. Please note: SLPAs are not eligible for this position due to supervision requirements.Position OverviewAs an SLP in this school-based role, you will provide direct therapy and support to students with a variety of speech and language needs. The caseload includes typical disorders such as articulation, language delays, fluency issues, and more. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals who are passionate about supporting students' communication development in a collaborative setting.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct screenings, evaluations, and provide individualized speech/language therapy for K-6 studentsDevelop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with the educational teamMaintain timely documentation and progress notes in accordance with school and clinical guidelinesAttend IEP meetings and contribute to student support planningWork collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to promote student progressRequired QualificationsMaster's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programCurrent SLP license in the state of MaineCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) statusExcellent communication and organizational skillsReliable transportationCurrent CPR certificationPreferred Qualifications1+ year of experience in a school or pediatric clinical settingFamiliarity with IEP processes and school-based service deliveryRole DetailsWork is fully onsite in a K-6 schoolNo travel between multiple sitesSummer pay included for permanent hiresFlexible hours within the school dayCompetitive compensation and strong benefits package availableSupportive team environment and collaborative cultureInterested in helping students thrive through better communication?
