- The Account Executive will work independently and must have the personality to deal with multiple accounts giving them feedback and direction.
- This individual must be personable, know how to talk with people and be able to understand what your potential customer needs and wants are.
- Time management is key, they will handle multiple accounts and will have to have good problem solving skills.
- Sales experience in the Heating and Air Conditioning world knowing how to speak the language and understand the basics of the industry.
- Estimation is key, need to know the ins and outs of the business and how to quote a particular business model.
- This role is based in Chicago, Illinois.

- 3-6 years’ experience in the commercial and industrial HVAC business.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively to various clients.
- This would be a hybrid role with 3 days in office working with the Director of Operations.
- If you had a previous book of business that you can bring to the position it would be desirable, though not necessary.
