- Monitors and maintains water quality in pools and spas.
- Tests PH and ORP of water, restores levels and balance by adding chlorine and other water treatment chemicals following all water safety guidelines.
- Cleans, sweeps, and vacuums pool and spa, removes leaves and debris.
- Maintain daily log of free/combined Chlorine, PH, temperature, flow rate, and pressure differential on the PoolTrak software application.
- Cleans underwater lighting, cleans filters and skim baskets.
- Checks and maintains pool equipment including pump, pool and spa heater, spa timer, and flow meter.
- Maintains cleanliness of pool deck, pool entrance and walkways, pool pump and equipment areas.
- Checks that proper safety signage is displayed, repairs/replaces as needed.
- Maintains pool safety equipment.
- Performs regular inspection of handicapped lift to ensure equipment is in working order, performs routine maintenance as needed.
- Uses all pool chemicals and cleaning agents properly and as directed.
- Inspects pool deck furniture, removes damaged items.
- Treats stains on concrete and works with high pressure water.
- Notifies a supervisor when any unsafe, unsanitary, or defective condition is detected.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
- Two years of prior pool maintenance experience is preferred.
- Hospitality experience is preferred.
- Must possess or obtain within the first year of employment the Pool Operator Primer certification.
- Must possess or obtain within 2nd year of employment the Certified Pool Spa Operator (CPO) Certification.
- Basic computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, e-mail, and internet.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 work environment, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
- Native American hiring preference applies.
