The successful candidate will work under general supervision, contributing to the setup, testing, and maintenance of electromagnetic environments and test stands.Required Skills & Qualifications

General ability to lead a team to conduct a test, compilation of test sequence, monitor progress of the test, and record test activities while being able to accommodate / troubleshoot / maintain any unforeseen events that occur during the test.
Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
Experience in engineering test support in a test lab environment
Welding and fabrication experience
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in the operation, integration, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automatic test equipment
Knowledge across a wide range of mechanical and electrical disciplines
Ability to design experimental models, mechanisms, prototypes, test rigs, and fixtures
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead a team to conduct tests, compile test sequences, monitor test progress, and record activities
Assist in the setup and testing of customer-provided test articles to electromagnetic environments
Support the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and configuration of test stands and equipment
Participate in test readiness reviews, safety reviews, and system checkouts
Prepare daily execution plans for effective use of test resources
