With a strong funding base and a team of world-class engineers, they are scaling rapidly and seeking top-tier talent to join their journey.What You Will DoDesign, build, and optimize intuitive front-end experiences for cutting-edge AI developer products.Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to bring features from concept to production.Focus on integrated development environments (IDEs) such as VS Code and JetBrains products.Take ownership of UI/UX challenges in a technical domain where performance and developer experience are critical.Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the long-term direction of the product.Ideal Candidate Background3–8 years of professional software development experience, ideally at the senior or tech-lead level.Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React (or comparable front-end frameworks).Experience working on developer-focused products, IDEs, or productivity tools.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a startup or high-velocity engineering environment.Strong technical foundation, with a degree in Computer Science or a related field.PreferredExperience with Kotlin or Java.Previous work in developer tools, AI/ML-driven platforms, or productivity software.Evidence of growth and commitment within past roles (looking for builders rather than frequent job changers).Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary of $225k – $300k .Equity package to share in the company’s growth.Full-time, onsite role in Palo Alto, CA.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.Opportunities to work on breakthrough technology in AI and developer productivity.Collaborative, fast-paced startup culture with high ownership and impact.
