Validate HVAC systems and equipment by comparing simulation results with commissioning data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring new products to market.
Drive continuous improvements in HVAC technology to maintain competitive advantage.
Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, AHRI, and UL Standards.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC system development.
Proficiency in advanced simulation tools such as the Oak Ridge Labs Heat Pump Design Model (HPDM).
Strong understanding of Fluid Dynamics and Thermodynamics.
Experience in developing control algorithms and working with OEMs/ODMs.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Desired Experience:Experience with high-efficiency heat pump systems and advanced HVAC components.
Background with a leading HVAC system manufacturer is advantageous.
Additional Information:This position requires on-site work in Dallas.
