The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and completion of ground-up projects in light industrial, retail, hospitality, and healthcare. Responsible for delivering on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, this role oversees resources, schedules, and contracts while coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and resources to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Oversee safety compliance, quality control, and project documentation.
  • Anticipate and resolve project challenges while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams.

  • Proven experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-relationship skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and ethical practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency with construction management software and project reporting tools.
