As an Account Manager, you’ll utilize your passion for delivering exceptional service into a best-in-class experience for our clients that drives revenue growth.To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring an excitement for solving complex problems, superb attention to detail, strong communication and relationship-building skills, a growth mindset and proactivity in bringing new and creative approaches to the team.This full time, hybrid role is based in Lindon, Utah, and will require you to be in our soon-to-be-opened office 2-3 days per week.   • Managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for our amazing clients
  • Developing and implementing strategic account opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions, all while representing the Just Ingredients brand
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver on client expectations
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and market conditions to stay competitive and identify business opportunities
What ingredients you'll bring…
  • A bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in sales or account management roles, preferably within a B2B environment
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing key accounts, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and overcome challenges
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience working with retail, both big-box as well as boutique, and tailoring an experience toward their specific needs

  • You live in or near Utah County and are willing to work a hybrid model, with 50% of your time in office.
