H1B4XXMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:There are two ways to qualify for this position:Option 1:
Experience Only:
Seven (7) years of related experience working with Medicaid, long-term services and supports (LTSS), or other health-related public programs, with specific experience with Program or policy implementation; Federal or state grant reporting, compliance tracking, or performance documentation.Option 2:
Education and Experience:
A bachelors degree from an accredited institution public administration, public health, human services, healthcare policy, political science, or a closely related field and three (3) years of related experience working with Medicaid, long-term services and supports (LTSS), or other health-related public programs, with specific experience with Program or policy implementation; Federal or state grant reporting, compliance tracking, or performance documentation.Appropriate education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis. Relevant education will be calculated as the following:
- An associate will count as two years of experience
- A bachelors will count as four years of experience
- A masters degree will count for six years of experience
- A doctorate or juris doctorate degree will count for seven years of experience
- Prior state experience related to the duties of this position
- Prior governmental experience related to the duties of this position
- Experience with the Money Follows the Person (MFP) program and/or other Medicaid-funded home and community-based services (HCBS).
- Experience working with federal reporting requirements, and/or performance measures
- Experience with policy development, implementation frameworks, and program evaluation strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and strict deadlines.
- Writing and analytical skills, especially for synthesizing technical content and federal policy language into reports or guidance.
- Proficiency in data tracking and reporting tools, such as Excel, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or similar systems.
- All positions at HCPF are security sensitive positions and require that the individuals undergo a criminal record background check as a condition of employment.
