CNC Programmer – Siemens NXWe’re looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with strong experience in 3, 4, and 5-axis milling to join our growing precision manufacturing team. This role focuses on developing efficient, high-quality programs using Siemens NX for a variety of complex components across multiple industries.Key Responsibilities:Interpret technical drawings, specs, and models to develop CNC programsCreate and optimize toolpaths for multi-axis milling operationsSelect tools, feeds, and speeds based on material and machine capabilitiesDesign fixturing and document set-ups, tooling, and process stepsCollaborate with engineers, machinists, and vendors to improve productivity and qualityMaintain program documentation and stay current with CAD/CAM best practicesQualifications:8+ years in a manufacturing environment5+ years programming 3-axis mills using Siemens NX (4/5-axis preferred)Experience with GD&T and ISO or AS9100 quality standardsFamiliarity with MRP systems; lathe programming, AutoCAD, or Mastercam experience a plusBenefits Include:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid maternity and paternity leaveTuition assistanceShort- and long-term disability insurancePlease submit a resume for consideration.
