Direct Care Staff are responsible for assisting the Case Manager in providing individual and group counseling, skills training, therapeutic interventions, and monitoring and managing the Agency's youth's behavior to provide a safe, structured living environment conducive to treatment.Expectations

  • Assistance with community resources (Housing, transportation, education, employment)
  • Moderating life skills and support groups
  • Assist with life skills (Laundry, cooking, cleaning, yard work)
  • Assist with professional skills (Resumé, job seeking, job applications)
  • Provide transportation to work, doctor appointments, and activities

  • Must be able to demonstrate compassion and professionalism
  • Maintain composure during high-stress situations
  • Staff are a valuable part of our team and assist each youth towards success during their stay.
  • We support youth with daily activities such as personal hygiene, clothing choices, diet, etc.
