
Executive Assistant, Corporate Development

- Coordinate sophisticated (complex) VP calendar
- Be responsive to key external and internal partners, with contact outside normal business hours for time-sensitive situations (e.g., deal cycles, customer or investor meetings & speaking appearances).
- Represent Adobe, the VP and team in a brand-building light through thoughtful, friendly, and timely follow-through and sound judgment.
- Arrange team offsites and social activities
- Manage vendors, purchase orders, and team events, as needed.
- Work across many internal groups including, VP leadership team, BU product stakeholders, legal, finance, EX, corporate strategy, exec comms/PR.
- Participate in or lead coordination of special projects, as appropriate for Adobe Ventures per above.

- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business.
