- Manage and organize the CFO's calendar, ensuring no overbooking and efficient use of time.
- Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Act as a gatekeeper, pushing back on non-urgent matters during the CFO's maternity leave.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders, especially after meetings, to ensure action items are addressed promptly.
- Proactively seek answers and information on behalf of the CFO.
- Maintain active and organized email threads to facilitate communication.
- Utilize G Suite (Google) tools extensively for scheduling, communication, and document management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word is a plus.
- Occasional travel to the office in Venice may be required (approximately once a month).
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in G Suite (Google) applications, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
