- Demonstrated working proficiency in HVAC design for the built environment including HVAC load calculations, equipment sizing and selection, developing control systems and performing site surveys,
- Working understanding of applicable building codes within the various jurisdictions in the Washington, DC, metro area.
- Motivated to perform both independently and in a team setting; able to train entry-level staff.
- Demonstrated management skills including a commitment to client satisfaction and responsiveness, the ability to coordinate, organize, and manage information and people across all MEP disciplines.
- Exhibit the ability to delegate tasks, manage project schedules and budgets.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD (recent releases), Revit, MS Office.
- Able to travel to job sites and conduct site visits/surveys, including carrying equipment/materials and being exposed to heights.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship. GHT participates in E-Verify.
- Successfully complete pre-employment background check and drug test. Certain projects may have additional requirements.
