Our client is a global leader in advanced sensory technologies and embedded measurement solutions, driving innovation across multiple industries.Position OverviewThe Global Controller will serve as a key financial leader, responsible for driving financial planning, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights that shape operational and business outcomes. This role combines finance, strategy, and leadership to deliver measurable impact at both the divisional and enterprise levels.Key Responsibilities:
- Support international accounting functions
- Monthly financial closing processes and budget planning and improvements
- Improve revenue growth
- Create and reach cash flow goals
- Monitor budget and create business plan
- Manage a global finance team
- Make and meet deadlines as a team and individually
- Financial analysis
- Prepare and submit corporate documents and reports
- Payroll, A/P, A/R administration and development
- 10+ years of Accounting or Finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work in a high importance, fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing multiple people
