Your role is crucial in ensuring they quickly find what they need to get back to their job sites. If you enjoy interacting with customers and learning about a variety of products, this could be the perfect fit for you.On a typical day, you will:
  • Take orders in person, over the phone, and through email
  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the branch
  • Collaborate with customers to fulfill order requests
  • Load orders into customers' vehicles or delivery trucks
  • Provide product information to customers (training will be provided)
  • Assist colleagues in the back-of-store warehouse as needed

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to lift and carry objects that may weigh up to 75 pounds (moving with equipment)
  • Basic computer skills for entering orders
  • Willingness to learn about our products through on-the-job training
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred, but not required:
  • Previous sales or retail experience
  • Previous customer service experience
