- Lead the expansion, maintenance, and education of our electronic medical record treatment protocol library.
- Support staff learning and workflow development across inpatient and ambulatory treatment areas.
- Evaluate daily chemotherapy operations for pediatric cancer and blood disorders patients.
- Participate in quality improvement efforts that support evidence-based, family centered care.

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field Preferred
- 3 years of nursing care experience Required
- 1 year of oncology nursing experience Preferred
- Progressive leadership experience Preferred
- Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
- Certification in Oncology or Bone Marrow Transplant Preferred
