- To initiate contact with potential clients, utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Deliver engaging and informative presentations tailored to the client's requirements and pain points. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
- Track and manage opportunities, leads, and interactions within the CRM to ensure a systematic sales process.
- Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to meeting or surpassing assigned sales targets and quotas through focused efforts and strategic planning.
- Actively participate in team huddles or sales meetings, contributing insights, sharing successful strategies, and embracing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance continuously.
- Provide training and educational sessions to customers to ensure they understand how to use our products or services effectively.
- Prepare and present price quotations and service agreement contracts to potential clients.
- 2 years or more of experience in a sales role.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the construction technology or equipment sector.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficient on a PC and a wide range of software applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to set and achieve sales targets and quotas.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-site demonstrations.
- Maintain high ethical standards and professional conduct in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- A commitment to understanding and fulfilling customer requirements and providing outstanding post-sales support.
- Willingness to stay updated on the latest advancements in construction layout technology and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
