In this role you will:
  • work under the guidance of the Project Engineer in the modeling of project solutions and construction documents with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and constructability;
  • produce drawings for electrical designs using Revit;
  • provide information to Project Engineer for incorporation into design documents;
  • assure that drawings and designs are in accordance with design standards;
  • communicate effectively and professionally with other team members;
  • keep the Project Manager informed of workload and status of deliverables; and
  • work to refine and upgrade Revit standards and best practices.
You will need to have:
  • Associates degree (minimum) in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Technology, with a focus on Revit and BIM Modeling
  • 0 - 4 years of experience preferred in modeling of ductwork, chilled water piping, heating hot water piping, and plumbing systems for healthcare, commercial, science & technology and/or educational project types
  • Proficiency with Revit software, as well as excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with ASHRAE, ASPE and Building Codes
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
Salary Information:The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
