Project Engineer – OEM MachineryAn OEM of capital equipment used in industrial manufacturing environments has an immediate need for a Project Engineer to support custom equipment programs from kickoff through installation. This is a key role in a growing operation—ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, managing customer expectations, and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned through the full project lifecycle.What You’ll Do:Collaborate cross-functionally with design, controls, manufacturing, and service teams to drive turnkey equipment buildsLead project scope definition, schedule tracking, and cost control effortsServe as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the buildSupport procurement and vendor coordination for critical long-lead componentsOversee internal and external progress, driving issue resolution and ensuring on-time deliveryAssist in onsite installation and commissioning activities as neededMaintain strong documentation and communicate project milestones clearly to internal leadershipWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)3+ years of experience in engineered-to-order equipment or capital project managementFamiliarity with custom machinery, automated systems, or industrial manufacturingStrong communication skills and the ability to lead meetings with both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar platforms is a plusHands-on mentality with a commitment to continuous improvement and customer successThis is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with competitive compensation, benefits, and the chance to grow into a senior engineering or program management role.Please submit a resume for consideration.
