- Design and develop Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices
- Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce projects, including configuring and customizing the platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features, and provide recommendations on leveraging new functionality
- Participate in system and integration testing, as well as user acceptance testing
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Additional duties as assigned
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer/Architect
- Active Salesforce Certification (must be able to provide proof of cert)
- Extensive experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and declarative tools (Process Builder, Workflow Rules, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
