Location: Cambridge, MNSchedule & Shift DetailsShift: 5x8s (40 hours/week)Start Times: 0630-1500, 0730-1600, 0800-1630 (varied)Weekends: Every other weekend requiredOn-Call: Not requiredBlock Scheduling: May be accommodatedRTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 daysPosition SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inpatient Pharmacy Technician to join our hospital-based pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have proven inpatient/acute care experience and will support pharmacists in delivering safe and efficient medication management for hospitalized patients. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of inpatient/acute care pharmacy experience (required)Certification: CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician)License: Minnesota State Pharmacy Technician License (pending license accepted)Epic (Excellian) experience preferredLocal candidates: Not accepted (must live outside 100-mile radius)First-time travelers: Not acceptedResponsibilitiesAccurately prepare, package, and label medications under pharmacist supervision.Deliver medications to patient care areas and automated dispensing systems.Assist in managing medication inventory, restocking, and resolving shortages.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Support pharmacists in sterile and non-sterile compounding as required.Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure timely and safe medication distribution.Facility DetailsType: Acute Care, Teaching HospitalBeds: 59 staffed bedsCharting System: Epic (Excellian)Parking: Free in any unrestricted space
