
Regional Sales Director

- Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve ambitious growth targets
- Develop and execute data-driven business plans to close performance gaps
- Own revenue, occupancy, growth, and profitability targets for Illinois operations
- Analyze market trends to identify expansion opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Partner with marketing to drive local demand generation strategies
- Lead two critical teams: Partnership Growth Directors (new location acquisition) and Area Managers (customer acquisition/retention)
- Support partnership development to expand our location footprint
- Champion a high-performance sales culture focused on conversion, retention, and growth
- Drive customer experience initiatives to strengthen retention and engagement
- Monitor KPIs and field insights to optimize team performance
- Ensure consistent service delivery and operational standards across all centers
- Maintain compliance, safety, and quality standards
- Experience with both B2B and B2C sales environments
- Multi-unit and multi-location experience (retail, restaurants, services, commercial real estate- corporate side, telecommunications, financial services with branch networks, or similar dispersed business models)
- Direct sales experience - you have been personally responsible for direct sales and understand the sales process firsthand
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into actionable plans
- Bachelors Degree in business or related field
- Must be willing to travel regionally for business
- Proven track record managing distributed teams across multiple locations
- 5+ years progressive sales leadership in multi-unit operations with P&L responsibility
- Annual base salary: $150,000-$170,000
