QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, mental health, or a related field.Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a human service, social service, psychiatric, or mental health setting, performing administrative duties, crisis intervention, telephonic triage and inquiries, and customer service.Additional Requirement: Certification in CPR and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI).
