Overview:The Shelfer/ Expediter is responsible for keeping the kitchen organized stocked, and running smoothly. This position ensures that all products are properly stored and rotated and also assits during service by coordination food orders, checking plate quality and ensuring accurate and timely delivery to guest Responsibilities:Shelfer Duteies
Receive, unpack and shelve food and beverage supply deliveries.
Maintain proper rotation of stock (FIFO)
Keep stroage areas, walk-ins and shelves organzised and clean.
Communicate shortages, damages, or product needs to management.
Expediter Duties
Organizie and priortize food tickets during service
Ensure accuracy, portioning, and presentation of all plates leaving the kitchen.
Commnicate effectively between kitchen staff and servers.
Assit with garnishing, final plate touches, and tray organziation
Ensure food leaves the kitchen hot, fresh, and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Previous resaturant or kitchen experience preferred but onot rerquired.
Ability to mutitaska nd stay orgaized in a fase- paced environment
Strong communication skiwlls with both kitchen and front-of-house staff
