Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage patient scheduling
Verify insurance and collect copays at time of service
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up to date
Communicate effectively with clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly
Assist with billing, claims follow-up, and patient financial arrangements
Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
Support the Office Manager and assist with day-to-day operations as needed
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a dental front office or similar role
Knowledge of dental software (Open Dental or Dentrix preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Familiarity with dental insurance and billing practices
Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
