You will perform study visits for each participant according to study protocol, MOP, and local SOPs. You will perform data abstractions and collect participant locator information, and, as appropriate, obtain authorization for release of information. You will perform administrative tasks related to the ongoing conduct of the study (e.g. mailings, filing, etc.) and conduct follow-up activities (phone calls, mailings, texting and in-person reminders) to ensure that participants return for follow-up visits. You will complete visit checklist/progress notes. You will process and track study payments to participants. You will complete daily temperature logs for study supplies. With appropriate training, you may assess vital signs, height and weight. You will coordinate with laboratory or study Medical Clinician for participant blood draws, and may perform phlebotomy services with appropriate training and all relevant certifications (if any). You will attend weekly team and national meetings and teleconferences.This position will work fully on site. Complete study-specific training and demonstrate an understanding of research study protocol
Recruit, screen, randomize, and retain sufficient numbers of study participants
Perform study visits for participants according to study protocol, study manual of procedures, and local standard operating procedures
Perform data abstractions from electronic medical record
Obtain authorization for releases of information as appropriate
Conduct study follow-up activities
