We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler for a manufacturing facility in New Berlin, WI. This is a 2nd shift, temp-to-hire opportunity ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.Responsibilities:Assemble mechanical or electrical components according to specifications and work instructionsUse hand and power tools to complete assembly tasksPerform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of assembled productsRead and interpret blueprints, diagrams, or schematicsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow safety procedures and company guidelinesRequirements:Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing setting preferredAbility to read and interpret basic work instructions or blueprintsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAble to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbsWillingness to work 2nd shift and overtime as neededBenefits:Weekly payTemp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potentialSupportive onboarding and training processPay Details: $19.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
