- Lead and inspire a diverse, inclusive team within Healthcare Technology Management (HTM).
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives across the district.
- Partner with healthcare executives to strengthen client relationships and governance.

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management or Clinical Engineering within a large healthcare environment.
- Proven success in leading multi-site healthcare technology operations.
- Strong business acumen, financial management, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to build long-term partnerships with healthcare leaders.
- Experience managing compliance and safety programs.
- Familiarity with healthcare cybersecurity risks and solutions.
