Job Duties for Warehouse Shipping / Production Position:
Receive, unload, verify, and store incoming materials and parts
Pick, pack, stage, and distribute supplies to production lines
Perform light assembly of parts and components as needed
Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS or manual logs
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely
Label, organize, and store parts for efficient retrieval and production flow
Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
Support quality checks to ensure parts meet standards
Follow all safety protocols and handle hazardous materials properly
Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and hazard free
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to minimize downtime
Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Warehouse Shipping / Production Position:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Wear PPE as required
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, assembly, or manufacturing preferred
Forklift certification or willingness to complete training
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency; WMS knowledge a plus
Team-oriented with solid communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
