
Restoration Field Technician

- Cleaning and/or extract standing water from inside buildings (residential or commercial)
- Light demolition / removal of damaged drywall, framing, and other related building materials
- Project cleanup, bagging, and removing debris from jobsite
- Setting up, or adjusting equipment for structural drying or filtration
- Cleaning HVAC / air duct & exhaust systems using collection vacuums and compressed air equipment
- Follow protocols to safely remove mold for building interiors and crawlspaces
- Hanging or laying plastic for protective barriers, using fasteners, tape, and adhesives
- Detailed, fine cleaning including vacuuming, brushing, and damp wiping surfaces and building contents
- Squatting, crawling, and ladder work are often required
- Maintain clean and organized company vehicle, equipment, and storage facility
- Demonstrate proper, safe operation all equipment, including battery operated and corded power tools, hammer, drills, saws, etc.
- Demonstrate safe lifting, pushing, pulling, and ladder climbing practices
- Demonstrate safe chemical storage, labeling, and use practices
- No experience required
- Experience in restoration, home services or construction fields is a strong plus
- Working knowledge of residential and / or commercial construction practices is a strong plus
- Must be a self-starter
- Able to work efficiently and effectively in a Team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Working knowledge of basic PC operations
- Exhibit a professional, neat appearance
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
- Successfully complete a pre-employment background check
