- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential disturbances and/or violations of site policies.
- Document and report any incidents, observations, or unusual occurrences according to site protocols.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed during incidents or emergencies.
- Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and site-specific protocols related to armed security-related duties.
- Availability across various days and shifts
- Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
- A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
- Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements for driving positions.
- An armed guard card or license is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
