Business Process Admin Analyst Sr - Accounts Payable (AP)

- Performs needs analyses on processes; conducts review meetings and collaborates with company partners to identify potential deficiencies/root causes and designs/facilitates process improvements
- Leads assigned projects/initiatives related to existing and future common processes and drives solutions with an enterprise focus
- Prepares project plans, dashboards, and status reports
- Collaborates with others to encourage recognition and implementation of required process improvements
- Develops, revises and implements processes, policies, standards and procedures
- Assists in the development and ongoing monitoring of metrics and service level objectives
- Coordinates and delivers training and communications
- Understands and details sophisticated processes, computerized accounting systems, and automation tools
- Captures business requirements and testing modifications and acts as a key player in the modernization of applications
- Solves system issues between Accounting, IT, and other impacted departments as needed to ensure accurate and timely closes
- Other duties as assigned
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related major and minimum six (6) years’ experience in related field
- Preferred: CPA
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Exhibits excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Curiosity about sophisticated systems and business processes
- Preferred: Knowledge of internal controls
- Proficiency in SQL
- Demonstrates skills in data analytics and data science
- Preferred: Oracle and Accounts payable experience
- Demonstrates systems proficiency with continuous improvement mentality
