- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of global accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships throughout the year
- Ensure client satisfaction, renewal, and growth
- Understand client goals and propose tailored solutions
- Represent the brand at client meetings, events, and competitor shows
- Align client needs with the most relevant and valuable product offerings
- Develop and articulate compelling, customized value propositions
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

- Track and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales activity and progress
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Manage and grow a designated sales territory while maintaining key account relationships
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities including untapped markets, customer segments, and potential partnerships
- Understand and map customer needs, pain points, and goals to effectively position product and service solutions
- Analyze customer buying behavior and trends to inform sales strategies
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and revenue projections to senior leadership
- Collaborate with the Show Director on revenue planning, new sales initiatives, and sponsorship programming
- Work closely with the Conference Manager and Marketing Manager to align sponsorship and paid content plans
- Contribute to the ideation and development of new, integrated product offerings that combine event and digital assets
- Partner with the Marketing Manager and Show Director to define marketing needs that support sales goals
- Lead or support people management responsibilities with HR, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and budgeting
