Presumptive Eligibility Deployment: Implementation of the national presumptiveeligibility (PE) design. Includes working with program SMEs to create / execute testplans, document test results, develop end-user training and provide post implementation support.2. FAM-based Report & Interface Remediation: Updates to program-based financial and performance reporting as well pharmacy eligibility interfaces to support the enterprisewide FAM implementation. Includes working with program SMEs to identify scope of changes, developing conversion strategy, managing report remediation, creating / executing test plans, and documenting test results.This individual will also be leading and coordinating projects and initiatives for the MFA program that cross functional areas, regions, and business lines.Essential Functions:
  • Support meeting scheduling and facilitation by creating agendas, compiling and distributing meeting minutes, following up on action items, and actively participating in team meetings and working sessions.
  • Support ongoing update and maintenance of project plans for FAM-based reporting initiatives.
  • Work with enterprise and market business teams to support development and execution of overall reporting conversion strategy that includes:
  • Medical Financial Reporting (HB and PB)
  • Pharmacy Financial Reporting (Outpatient, mail-order and specialty)
  • Performance Management Metrics (KP Insight)
  • Market-based Reports
  • Pharmacy Eligibility
Basic Qualifications:
  • Prior work experience at Healthcare.
  • Prior work experience with financial assistance programs.
  • Experience in leading and managing complex, cross functional initiatives.
  • Experience in Epic.
  • Experience in Epic financial assistance module.
  • Experience in facilitating financial reporting and monitoring conversion; medical & pharmacy.
  • Experience in facilitating operational metrics and monitoring conversion.
  • Experience in facilitating eligibility interface conversion.
  • Experience in Project Management; project scheduling, issue & risk management, meeting facilitation and status reporting.
  • Experience in developing and executing User Acceptance Testing; developing test strategy, test plan, test cases, test data and documenting test results.
  • Must be organized, able to work independently and be a strong thought partner with leaders and other team members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, must be able to adjust verbal and written communications depending on audience e.g., executives vs. project team.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of products, MS Visio, MS Project
