  • Conduct engaging and safe Reformer Pilates classes (small groups – 6 max)
  • Educate clients on Pilates principles, body awareness, and proper technique
  • Customize sessions for varying fitness levels and goals
  • Support client progress with encouragement and feedback
  • Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Contribute to our studio's inclusive, empowering environment
Job requirements
  • Certified Pilates Instructor
  • Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience teaching Reformer Pilates
  • Background in fitness, yoga, dance, or movement-based disciplines a plus
  • Professional, punctual, and growth-oriented
  • Excellent communicator and team player
