Bowstring Advisors (“Bowstring”), a division of Citizens Capital Markets, is seeking an experienced executive assistant to manage the firm's executive support and facilties functions. Primary responsibilities include supporting the TECH sector team and directing facility services and related office activities to ensure productivity.
Executive Administrative Support
Acts as the primary contact and right-hand person for the TECH team leaders.Includes everything from handling travel and managing calendars, to preparing expense reports.
Manages the reception area to ensure and maintain a professional image both internally and externally.
Office Management / Facility Services
Supervises the maintenance of office areas and equipment to ensure productivity and an excellent work environment for the team.
Negotiates the purchase of office supplies, furniture, equipment, etc. for the entire team in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
Manages facilities day-to-day operations (such as distributing office access keys, providing parking pucks, communicating general building announcements, etc.).

Collaborative, with strong relationship building skills and the executive presence to manage important relationships
Ability to work outside “normal” working hours and over 40 hours as needed
Bachelor's degree required
At least 10 years of related experience with strong preference for relevant experience in financial services
Some direct experience supporting senior level executives required Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: Monday - Friday
