  • You'll be responsible for the delivery, installation, integration, and troubleshooting of tech products such as entertainment systems, networking, TV's, sound bars, security cameras, surround sounds, Starlink, and flood lights, etc.
  • You'll manage inventory and vehicle maintenance, process paperwork and payment, provide feedback, and follow safety guidelines
  • You'll receive customer orders to deliver and complete installation or assembly jobs in customer's homes
  • You'll communicate with the customer to confirm all appointments
  • You'll assemble the product to National Assembler's specifications
  • You'll build a strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product

You'll Meet These Basic Job Requirements
  • Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude for installation and assembly
  • 6 months of consumer electronics delivery, installation, integration and troubleshooting experience highly preferred
  • 6 months of customer service experience highly preferred
  • Ability to acquire and maintain any state or local licensing, as required to perform job effectively within 90 days of hire
  • Ability to lift weight up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and up to 150 pounds as part of a team with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to lift weight up to 250 pounds as part of a team with the support tools such as harnesses or lifts
  • You must have a valid Driver's License and auto insurance
  • This job requires regular driving to customers' homes and businesses.
