Schedule: Day/Evening shiftsPosition Summary:We are seeking experienced Surgical/Operating Room Technologists to join the Downtown Pediatric OR team. Candidates should have a strong background in multiple surgical specialties and the ability to perform effectively in a high-acuity trauma setting.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of recent operating room experience (within the last 4 years) in an acute care facility of similar level (Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center, teaching hospital, or equivalent size facility in the specialty area — adult or pediatric)Scrub experience requiredExperience across a range of surgical specialties, including:General surgeryOrthopedicsNeurosurgeryTraumaVascularENTBariatricGUGYNNo First Assist duties permitted under New York State regulationsFirst-time travelers will only be considered if previously experienced in hospitals of comparable sizeExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsMust not have had professional license or certification suspended or investigatedMust successfully pass pre-employment health clearanceMust be able to perform general skills in the acute care operating room setting with minimal orientation and supervisionSkills Required:At least 3 years of operating room experience (required)Scrub experience (required)Certification (highly desired)OB scrub experience (highly desired)For more details reach at pmohanty@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-806-4227.
