- Digital Marketing & Web: Manage website (content, SEO, UX), monitor analytics (Google Analytics), and oversee digital advertising.
- Lead Generation: Create and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns and lead funnels.
- Content Creation: Design and produce materials for the website, social media, case studies, and email marketing.
- Social Media: Manage content calendars; publish and monitor performance on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Email Campaigns: Build and manage segmented campaigns through platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Event Marketing: Coordinate marketing presence at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
- Reporting: Track KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions), create performance reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in construction and B2B industries
- Proficient with Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CRM tools, and email platforms
